2. Order Processing and Dispatch

  • Order Processing Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days from the date of order confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Made-to-Order Products: As all our products are crafted specifically for you, the production process begins as soon as you place your order. This meticulous process ensures that each item meets our high-quality standards.

3. Shipping and Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery Time: Once dispatched, your order will be delivered within 7 business days.
  • Delivery Partners: We work with reliable courier partners to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time. Our delivery partners include Fedex, UPS, or Any Shipping Partner.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are based on the delivery location and the weight of the order. Any applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed at the time of purchase.

  • International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We are working towards making our products available worldwide and will update our policy once international shipping is available.

6. Delivery Issues

  • Missed Deliveries: If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our courier partner will make additional attempts as per their policy. If the package is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund as per our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
